Background Check Records for Larry's Towing and Recovery LLC

This correspondence is provided in response to your Public Information Act request received by the City of Onalaska on March 20, 2026. After reviewing the request and conducting a search of City records, the City has compiled the documents responsive to your inquiry.



The following records are included:



1. Ordinance No. 467 (Previous Tow Truck Ordinance) – The ordinance in effect at the time Larry’s Towing was originally permitted in 2024, which did not require a background check.

2. Background Check Log – Documentation reflecting background checks completed in 2026 for Lawrence Pommier and Scottie Glass in connection with their permit applications.

3. Scottie Glass Application Packet – The complete application packet submitted for the 2026 permit.

4. Larry’s Towing Documentation – All records maintained by the City related to Larry’s Towing that are responsive to your request.
