Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I am requesting access to and copies of the following records:

1. Breakdown of Specific Budget Line Items

For Department 1401 – Commissioner’s Court, please provide any available breakdowns, supporting documentation, or underlying records that show how amounts were calculated or distributed for the following budget line items:

- 010-1401-1050 — Salaries

- 010-1401-1084 — Discretionary Salary Pool

- 010-1401-1085 — Longevity Pay

- 010-1401-2000 — Social Security

- 010-1401-2008 — Health Insurance

- 010-1401-2030 — Retirement

- 010-1401-2060 — Unemployment Insurance

This request includes, but is not limited to, any internal worksheets, allocation records, payroll summaries, budget preparation documents, or other materials that describe the composition, distribution, or calculation of these amounts.

2. Sheriff’s Payroll Records

Please provide the following for the Sheriff:

a. The Sheriff’s six (6) most recent paystubs.

b. Any payroll records, earning summaries, or internal breakdowns showing how each of those six pay periods was calculated, including but not limited to:

- Base salary

- Overtime

- Allowances

- Stipends

- Longevity

- Certification or education pay

- Any discretionary or supplemental pay

- Insurance or benefit deductions

- Retirement contributions

- Any other itemized payments or deductions

If any of these records are maintained in standard payroll system reports, please provide the reports in their original format.
