Flock Audit Logs

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, PCT Activity requests copies of public information as follows:

Copies of all audit log records created, maintained, or stored by or on behalf of Polk County, Texas, through its use of the Flock Safety system, covering the period from February 1, 2025 through February 1, 2026.

This request includes, but is not limited to:

Logs reflecting access to, viewing of, querying of, modification of, export of, sharing of, or deletion of data
Dates and timestamps associated with each access event
User IDs, accounts, agencies, or governmental entities associated with each access
Any recorded purpose, justification, or classification of access
Logs reflecting dissemination or sharing of data with other agencies or third parties
If any portion of the requested information is withheld, please cite the specific statutory exemption relied upon and provide copies of all reasonably segregable, non-exempt information.

Copies should be produced in electronic format via the NextRequest portal.
