Brown v. City of Onalaska: Court Filings and Anonymous Dashcam Video Surface
I was able to locate these court documents publicly regarding the September 30, 2023 pursuit of Austin Kirby, which ended in a crash on the Kickapoo Bridge. The incident ejected passenger Jessica Leann Brown (also known as Jessica Darkrabbit) into Lake Livingston, where she suffered serious injuries. I submitted a Texas Public Information Act request to the Polk County District Attorney’s Office for an official copy of the dashcam footage. These materials are shared here to support public transparency and allow the community to review the available records for themselves.
